In early April, Absolute Haitian’s field service engineers gathered in Orlando for advanced training on new products and technologies from Haitian. The three-day training covered control technology and the new larger model sizes of the all-electric Zeres Series. Troubleshooting training came from Zhafir Technical Manager, Aaron Galindo and the Technical Service Manager, Lyle Sharratt.
“Investing in training to deliver excellent customer service is another way that we continue to differentiate ourselves from other machine suppliers,” said Director of Aftermarket Operations Randy Wendling. “We take seriously our obligation to help customers achieve maximum uptime, Providing knowledgeable field service engineers is a critical component of our commitment.”
At the end of the training, the engineers received a pack filled with the latest in safety-related gear provided by Absolute Haitian.
